1. The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Border Efficiency for Sustainable Trade Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. The Ministry of Finance (“the Employer”) now invites eligible individual national consultants to indicate their interest in the following Services:ICS-09: Contract Management and Project Monitoring Consultant.

3. The selected Consultant shall support the Ministry of Finance and the Integrated Project Implementation Unit (IPIU) in ensuring effective contract management and project monitoring for the Border Efficiency for Sustainable Trade (BEST) Project. The consultant will assist in monitoring contract implementation, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions and ADB procedures, and supporting overall project coordination and reporting.
