1. The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Regional Improvement of Border Services Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above.
2. The Ministry of Finance (“the Client”) now invites eligible individual national consultants to indicate their interest in the following Services:
CS21: Legal Expert.
3. The selected Consultant shall support the Ministry of Finance and the Development Initiative - Infrastructure Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in providing legal advisory and review services on contract management and implementation, and in supporting in dispute resolution and arbitration, and at judicial proceedings.

5.
