1. The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Border Efficiency for Sustainable Trade Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. The Ministry of Finance (“the Employer”) invites Expressions of Interest from eligible consulting firms for CS-01: Construction Supervision Consultant.

3. The selected Consultant, called a Construction Supervision Consultant (Consultant), shall provide full construction and equipment installation supervision services over the contractors, and in coordination with the Detailed Engineering Design Author Supervision Consultants.
