GD-02: Supply, installation and commissioning of data center, network equipment and system software

INVITATION FOR BIDS

1.     The Government of Mongolia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Strengthening ICT Systems for Efficient and Transparent Public Investment and Tax Administration Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2.     The Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for ‘Supply, installation and commisioning of data center, network equipment and system software.’

• Lot 1:  Supply of diesel generator;
• Lot 2: Supply of data center network equipment;
• Lot 3:  Supply of system software

3.     Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

5.     To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible bidders should

• write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for “GD-02: Supply, installation and commissioning of data center, network equipment and system software
• pay a nonrefundable fee of MNT 285,000.00 by bank transfer to

6.     Deliver your bid:

• to the PIU address, indicated above
• on or before the deadline: 4 March, 2021 15:00 hours, Ulaanbaatar time (UTC/GMT+8 hours)
• together with a Bid Security/Bid-Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document.

        Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
