Total amount of  grant aid

The Government of Republic of Turkey has provided total of $28 million in form of grant aid to the Government of Mongolia from 2002.

Ongoing projects, programs

Grant aid

Implemented projects as following:

  • Kharkhorin-Khushuu shaidam 46 km road project (USD 6.7 mil.),
  • Reconstruction of Tureg statue monument (USD 5 mil.),
  • Establishing the museum of world’s cultural heritage in Orkhon valley (USD 1 mil.),
  • Establishing the blood centre in State clinic No. 1 (USD 251 thous.),
  • Establishing the Turk study department in National University of Mongolia (USD 427 thous.),
  • Project on E-archive in Secretariat of Government of Mongolia,
  • Project on Mongolia-Turkey friendship park,
  • Project “e-Khash” of tracking ear-device for small cattle,
  • Kharkhorin-Erdenezuu khiid 2.4 km road project in Uvurkhangai province,
  • Equipment for training for state high schools (USD 150 thous.),
  • Food assistance from Government of Turkey (USD 100 thous.)
  • Mergen Toniykuk 10 km road project.
